I am a self-taught artist who picked up the utensil of creation since I was able to grip one as a young child. Although I have taken some art classes here and there, I never found myself staying in them because I felt a sense of confinement. Over the years, I have tried several art forms but the one I have recently found the most enjoyable is surrealism. I actually realized this after playing around with instagram’s story in “creator mode” and it dawned on me that I would love the opportunity to create for other user’s stories instead of just on my own.
I have the creative ability to take an idea and simply go with it. This can go for any type of subject. I can gather inspiration from one image and build on it. My desire is to pull the viewer into the subjects, almost creating an immersive experience as I would like to call it.
I would also like to mention that I can create using digital art that follows a similar concept. I have a subject that acts as the seed and from there, my mind blossoms with inspiration.
