What I offer in my service:
• I will create a 3D Model of your project is created (Based on 2D Plan & sketch drawings, and detailed description of the project, including mood board etc).
• I will create HQ Render(s) / CGI (s) including full detailing based on the project information provided. (Multiple images can be created to assist with kitchen choices, please let me know in advance and I can create a bespoke price for you, to ensure its cost effective)
• ** Appliances used will be generic unless otherwise requested. **
• Web & Print Quality Images in any format can be provided. Please let me know the use.
All prices are subject to your project timescales, level of detail and general complexity. Prices include architectural detailing, landscaping & environments as standard.

I will Create a 3D Model of the kitchen space, including the room for you to sign of the general layout & design. Please note this is block colours only and for guidance only.
Low Res CGI
The first CGI is for approval of basic colours, camera views, lighting, accessories etc, this enables you to make minor changes pre-full quality rendering starts.
