To begin with, I would like to express my gratitude towards Islam for his hard work and efforts to achieve the promised level of render quality, based on his past work samples, even though in the end he could not achieve it. However, I am disappointed that Islam has raised a dispute, as I had intended to end the contract and not renew it. I had planned to leave the payment that he had already received and move on, forgetting the time and energy I had invested in the project. Regrettably, Islam's dispute has compelled me to request a full refund of the funds invested in him. I cannot tolerate unfairness.
Despite providing clear feedback through text and markups, Islam was unable to deliver the expected results. He repeatedly made the same mistakes that I had previously pointed out, which reflects a lack of focus and an unprofessional work process. Blurred and dark areas, doubled lines and undefined geometry, incorrect placement of the 3D model on the site, and various other small mistakes were issues that I believed we could solve during the process. However, as the project progressed, my optimism dwindled, and I began to accept whatever Islam could deliver. At times, it seemed as though there was more than one person working on the project due to the different mistakes being made.
I understand the meaning of "revision," and it is not a repeated comment for the same mistake. Therefore, I request that the Upwork team review our chat history and identify the issues. I am available to provide any further input that may be necessary.
