I am a freelance Architectural Technologist specializing in 3D Visualization & graphic design for the Architectural & Property Development industries. I am based in the UK.
The following is provided as standard unless otherwise agreed:
- A 3D Model of your project is created (Based on 2D Plan & elevation CAD drawings, and a detailed description of the project, location/sitemaps & build materials / external finishes).
- A HQ Render/CGI including full Landscaping & detail is created based on the project information provided.
- Web & Print Quality Images in any format can be provided. Please let me know the use.
- If required, additional 2D marketing floor plans (Property Marketing / Selling purposes) can be created. Please discuss.
- Marketing booklets can be provided for each project if required at an additional cost. Please contact me for more details.
All prices are subject to your project timescales, level of detail and general complexity. Prices include architectural detailing, landscaping & environments as standard.

Draft 3D Environment, place House Types & Complete Clay Render
I will draft a CGI and render for sign of, locating the camera position(s), lighting, and environment. A clay render is solid white/grey.
