About Josefina

Residing between Taiwan and Argentina, my work is characterized by bringing oriental poetics closer to a Western context. As an Alumni of the Faculty of Visual Arts of the National University of the Arts of Argentina, I found my way between books and images.
My work depicts a personal search, extracting questions within her body while answering them through words and poetry. Then she renders this process into a delicate visual narrative, creating a resting space for the viewer's emotions. Poetry is the reason for everything and illustrated books are her source of happiness.
