Construction Materials Estimation
Work was sub par to begin with. He missed many important parts of the building takeoff he was doing, to the point i had to do a full takeoff myself and i shared it with him to show him how many things had been missed on his end. After that I was weighing whether or not to give Ghulam another chance on a different set of plans when unexpectedly he billed for additional hours, the maximum allowable per week in the contract setting. He told me the billing was a mistake and that he'd been working on a different contract. I initially gave him the benefit of the doubt but now he is refusing to refund the extra money charged to my account. He's proving to be dishonest and untrustworthy. I do not advise working with Ghulam.
