Oluwasean is a great communicator, so much so that he reffered Upwork and talked me through setting up an account and training me on the use of this app.
This communication, both frequent and patient, was valuable throughout the entire process. Oluwaseun enjoys working with clear briefs and tight project management. As a middleman between client and contractor, this is not always possible from me. On this job, Oluwasean was flexible and pragmatic. He took the brief and made it his own, whilst checking in that his art direction was within the constraints of the project.
I hired him for his creative and was rewarded by his service too. I'd recomment him for brand development and idea generation again.
