Kassandra did a great job creating our first professional annual investor report. She is very responsive and turns edits quickly. She gave 3 nice design options and let us choose the design style before creating the full report, which was a smart strategy. The first draft of the full report was a bit rough and had some pages that weren't precisely formatted, but when we had edits and suggestions, she took them seriously and successfully updated the report so that the final product was excellent, which is what matters the most. I would recommend using Kassandra.
