Shamza was great to work with. She was prompt, communicated clearly, and delivered what was promised. The few revisions I requested were turned around quickly. I put the brand guide she created for me to use immediately internally and with a designer.

Shamza was a very friendly and delightful woman to work with and was very patient with my unpredictable work schedule, when I lost my mother (shortly after the project started) and shortly after that to present day my father's failing health. In the beginning, Shamza was very responsive, flexible with her schedule, and made changes as requested, but also started “dropping the ball” as well. For example, when I asked about the copy to be added to both websites, she mentioned sending over a questionnaire for me to fill out so she could work on that. But the questionnaire was not sent. On 1\20, I had asked for the Paws & Play Pet Care logo that was on the site (which is currently at the footer) to have “Pet Care” added and was told this was done. As of this feedback, I have not received this file or seen the updated logo available in the website media files.
After our last meeting, I thought I understood what having the websites “ready for publish” meant and I’m thankful she gave me the chance to work on the sites. It was my understanding that a final review meeting would end this project, but one was never scheduled.
While I do understand that this project can not go on indefinitely, and I okay with the project ending now, however part of our agreement included that I receive the logo in vector format, original files, branding information, with the 2 websites built on SiteGround. As of this feedback, I don't have the files, branding information (except what I can find in WordPress), and my sites are on another hosting company, not on SiteGround. After Shamza ended the contract on 3\24 I tried reaching out and have all files sent to me, to have clarity of how the websites were built, so I can still edit the page formats or not, but have not received a response. Shamza is very talented and I was excited with the work that was done when shown in the beginning. But I'm basing my feedback on the entire experience, what was agreed upon included, and I see this project closed as incomplete.
