Format and edit so that words our aligned and it is able to be printed for a product.
Darwin overcharged me for the work performed. I hired him to edit a planner I created so it can be printed on 8x11.5 paper. All I needed him to do was ensure all pages can be printed with out bleeding on standard 8x11.5 paper. The initial contract I had to cancel as he billed for 5 hours and it was not edited correctly. I found this out when I sent the document to the manufacturer and they informed me the document was not formatted within the parameters of the 8x11.5 and words and pictures would be cut off. I rehired Darwin to fix this thinking he would not need another 7 hours as he "supposedly" knew how to format documents in Canva as he stated prior to hire. Darwin claims it took him 14 hours. Darwin was either unfamiliar with how to use Canva or he had other projects that caused him to gouge hours from my project. I expected the work to be done correctly the first time. In giving him a second chance he took longer and should have been honest with his skill set instead of trying to get more money for the project.
