Overall, it is a good experience to work with Marija. Within a very short project time, she is quite productive and creative. Although in the beginning, we were both struggling on what art direction should be and making different versions for the explorations, it turned out to be quite good the results. There are some misunderstandings during the process, but after more direct communication via Zoom, she can understand the expectations more accurately. What she still needs to improve is perhaps on the detailed-mindedness which I believe she would improve soon with more experience gained.
