Create Measurement/Layout for Home Theater/Media Room and Render it in 3D
He has ok skills. You will get a decent job but he is not about going above and beyond. I asked for the working file which would have taken him two minutes to send at the end of the project and got ignored. I wish him the best.

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Alaa can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Alaa receives requirements from you.

You provide every thing you have " CAD plans , Sketches , 3d model, materials list , reference Pictures , .... " If you don't have any of it its easy just provide any sketch with dimensions and i will help you with choosing style
