I have several years experience in apparel pattern making, grading, design, and fashion illustration. I have worked with large brands as well as smaller businesses. I have experience in technical athletic apparel, sportswear, casual wear, lingerie and swim, outer wear, dresses.
I have extensive experience in women’s sizing, including maternity and plus sizing, as well as experience in men’s and children’s wear.
I do all pattern work in PAD system and CAD v9 and can also assist in converting to other formats as needed by your apparel manufacturer. I also have done a lot of work in technical design, including technical flats, tech packs, garment specs.
I create sketches & tech packs that can be sent to factories for production. I am fully versed in their requirements, and the type of information needed to maximize the production quality and minimize risks.
Basic: Technical sketches front & back views including all seam and stitch details.
Standard: I will create full tech pack with technical sketches, as basic fabric/trim details and full design specification. Inc one size only measurement spec. 1 item only.
Premium: Full tech pack as standard, inc graded size spec of 6 sizes eg. XS-XXL.
Tech Pack files are sent via PDF format, specs are an Excel file and includes point of measurement diagram.
