🔸3D modeling and renderings: 3D models in Archicad and Revit and realistic renderings (interior, exterior, and landscape) using Archicad cinerender, 3D max V-ray and Lumion.
🔸3D Animation: Make your project visualization and presentation stand out from the rest of the pack by ordering walk through or fly through videos.
🔸2D CAD drafting: I produce sketches, reproduce printed plans, all to your desired scale, file format, and CAD software. I also render floor plans, site plan, landscape plan and master plan in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Here is my range of service fees:
🏵️ High quality, photorealistic rendering is $150-$500. Additional renderings of the same model cost $75/each.
🏵️ Addition of walk through/fly through animation video rendering is $200/minute.
🏵️ 2D sketches will be charged at $30 - $60 per drawing.
🖇️Ps: Design complexity, scope and availability sketches/plans would determine charges for my photorealistic rendering.
