Expert Pattern Maker For Trucker Hat
We run a successful manufacturing company in USA and needed to find a specialist pattern maker to deconstruct our product as well as a model product and create new patterns and find the issue with our current pattern. After months of dead ends and finding people that were unable to help with this specific & complex project, we found Asja! After shipping our product to Italy, Asja got to work! With a Master's Degree Diploma in Pattern Making from the prestigious Polimoda Institute, in Florence (IT) I worked around Europe for several years for Internationally renewed Luxury brands as Aadnevik and global power houses like Adidas and H&M.

Avatar, Digital Patterns & 3D Sample Creation
Using the CLO 3D Software I create the made-to-measure avatar and the 2D patterns. I will then virtually sew them to create a 3D sample and place it onto the avatar. I work now simultaneously on the 3D patterns & 2D sample to make it as the request.
Revision
I will deliver HD images front, sides and back of your prototype for you to review. I will also give a full overview of the garment and my professional advises.
