With each design, I will start by asking you what your total budget is. With this in mind, I will begin to build a space that you will fall in love with. My goal for you is that when you walk in the door you feel at home and smile and what we created.

I graduated from Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Design Management, and dual minors in Business and Nutrition. I am innovative in my designs and thrive on experimenting with new concepts. My ideas have been recognized as inspiring and thought-provoking.

Responsibilities + Skillset
• Create 3D models and renderings for Design Development and Interior Design phase.
• Space Planning, Conceptual Design, Design Development, Exterior Design, Conceptual Landscape Design, & ID Sheets.
• Create MEP plans, paint + flooring plans, cabinet, tile, electrical, and accessory elevations
• Coordinate delivery of materials to the designated project location.
• Create & assemble Interior Design packets for homeowners, project managers, and subs.
• Manage timelines for installation of tile, countertops, plumbing, accessories, appliances, and electrical
• Update team on project status using detailed daily logs
• Maintain relationships with vendors, reps, and trade partners.
• Manage multiple projects and clients at a time.
• Attend site visits with Project Managers and trade partners to ensure ID sheets are carried out to spec
• Meet with clients, respond to client requests, and provide clients with clear, professional, and precise solutions.
• Track project budgets, obtain bids from subs and vendors, oversee purchasing, track deliveries
• Guide homeowners to order materials at appropriate times and oversee the installation of the design elements.
• Produce documents such as floor plans, elevations, RCPS, detail drawings, and specifications that interface with clients and the team.
• Provide design support for completion and execution of design projects.
• Organize materials, fixtures, and finish specifications/install guides.
• Select finishes, including but not limited to tile, counter top material, cabinets, exterior finishes, doors, windows, lighting, and plumbing
• Update Revit and Sketchup models when changes are made throughout the process.
• Think about how the materials come together and create technical drawings that allow trade partners to do their installs.
