+ 3D modeling and renderings: I make 3D models in Sketchup and then create all types of renderings, i.e.: interior, exterior, floor plan, site plan. I use Sketchup, 3Dsmax and Vray, Corona Renderer and Lumion.
+ 3D Animation: Walk through or fly through videos are another great way to present any architectural projects. I make 3D Animations in Lumion.
+ CAD drafting: I can help redraw printed plans, sketches in to scale, neatly organized plans in AutoCAD and Photoshop used for colored floor plans and site plans.
+ Sketchup modeling: I guarantee the 3D models are to scale and neatly organized in components, layers and scenes. I also prepare architectural drawings in Sketchup layout.
