Nelvina took an old design I had from another designer and completely transformed it, not only capturing my original inspiration but improving it beyond what I had imagined. She understood my vision perfectly and delivered the final design in record time. Her communication was excellent, and she was punctual every step of the way. Nelvina was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and her attention to detail, especially for the toddler-focused elements, was exceptional. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the design of my bag, it's exactly what we requested. It would have been nice if the designer had offered some creative ideas. We found it quite expensive, but since this is the first time we've hired a bag designer, we're not sure if this is the standard pricing. She delivered before time and was super easy to communicate with. Thanks Nelvina.
