I I usually responsible from -
 Review project contract documents, design RFQs and design specification related to pedestal operated deck crane and ram luffing crane.
 To check mechanical and structural design aspect of cranes.
 To provide crane less structure and perform primary analysis of structure.
 Preparation of preliminary GAD or sketches, Datasheet and technical lists for technical offer within discipline based on senior guidance, customer requirement and API 2C.
 Calculate primary and final calculation for selected model by software approved by RE and Technical documentation review and submission as per API 2C.
 Project evaluation and execution – layout preparation, concept development.
 Provide brought out component selection requirement for costing to sales dept.
 Preparation of bill of material.
 New product development as per customer requirement and make system suitable for customer application.
 Resolving design related customer complaint with design members.
 To be interface between sales, Quality and Project dept.
 To provide pre bid and Post bid technical data to BD and Sales department.
 To follow QMS procedure as per API Q1 and IS 9001:2015.
