Hi! I am an architect with a passion for everything 3D. I have an architecture visualization business called Melder Studios.
I use various workflows to create photorealistic 3D interior renders.
My primary 3D modeling and rendering tools are blender and unreal engine. I can work with many file formats including dwg, pdf, revit, sketchup, 3ds max, rhino, colada etc.
I will require:
Drawings or 3D models.
Texture and furniture references.
Mood references.
My process will include.
3D modeling (optional) - I will do detailed hard surface modeling.
Texturing - I will unwrap the model and apply photorealistic PBR textures.
Lighting - I will set up HDRi lighting, global illumination and indirect lighting.
Post-Production: I will use Da Vinci Resolve for color correction and color grading.
