Send your Autocad file infos in my Autocad 2017 version or lower for the dwg to finished earlier. Send your PDF file infos and Specs. Which paper size to be drawn or you have your own Title Block, for scaling the drawings.
Setting up Payment and Duration of Work
Prepare payments through Upwork. And indicate the duration to submit it before your deadline or if it needs to extend i will tell you earlier.
