The models are watertight, clean, editable, and logically arranged into groups and components. All materials, groups, and components are named respectively. Every face responds to the rendering engine rule.
3D models of the buildings can be orbited and walked around. You’ll be able to see the interior planning under the roof and cut facades to watch the floor levels from inside.
These views are used for:
1. Presentation;
2. Advertising;
3. Pitching to the investor;
4. Visual help to a builder or designer.
I also work with Enscape and Twilight rendering engines.
