-Presentation of plans, drawings and or documents for design, BIM and technical matters
-Formulates BIM standard documents such as execution and implementation plans to achieved a fully BIM operated project
-Checks and verifies all models, project information and station identity characters are in conformance to Employer’s Requirements, Construction Codes and Standards, Project Design Plan, BIM Strategy, BIM Implementation Plan and BIM Execution Plan.
-Preparation of Correction, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions towards audit observation and report to close out issues and avoid further nonconformities.
-Apply the BIM processes, establish and implement the BIM Execution Plan (objectives, requirements and conditions) and a delivery strategy in conjunction with the client and delivery team.
-Qualifies all drawings in compliance to PAS/BS 1192: 2007-2014, UK AEC and Project Quality Plan.
-Familiarization to project folder and foldering structure system as a compliance to ISO 9001.
