With the optimized design, I shall provide you the Estimate of the project which includes Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Your Building/Structure will be designed as per the standard codes. You can even ask me for the codes references.
Things that I provide you at different stages of the project:
Structure Weight as per design.
BOQ/BOM (If Required).
2D Drawings.
Detailed Drawings.
Model (If Required).
Design Report & Analysis.
Stability Certificate.
You need to provide me with the detail of your required structure i.e. Layout plan, Usage, and Additional loading so that I may design your structure accordingly.

As the project is awarded, I will do detailed work and provide you with a 3D design analysis model and detailed construction drawings.
