Exposed at an early age, Arch. Daguman worked as a designer and field supervisor in Coordinated Group Inc. during his early career, this served as the backbone of his training thru the guidance of their President Engr. Roberto J. David bro of PRC Commissioner Arch. Yolanda David Reyes FUAP ,APEC Arch, ASEAN Arch, Hon FAIA, LIKHA. His ability to handle design problems, construction processes as well as regular supervision was elevated through his experienced as a Project-in-charge of a six storey residential project in Moriones Tondo. In 1998 He became a Job-captain in the Design and Production of working drawings in DENR-NRDC for various Projects under the supervision of Arch. Canchela and Arch. Evangelista on a wide variety of projects which includes public market, slaughter house, municipal hall NRDC new building, DENR main expansion, wildlife and nature center, Rehabilitaion of DENR attached agency offices, Mt. Arayat ecological and zoological park, DENR regional offices. Project to which he has made significant contributions from schematic to the construction phase are CCFA school campus in Calbayog City and North Hill Hotel and spa in Catarman Northern Samar, and a Principal Architect of Eves Residences and a Construction Manager. Arch. Daguman maintains enduring commitment to approach each project on its own terms, drawing inspiration from the particularities of place and program.
Avoiding formal preconceptions, he seeks to find coherence between functional requirements of the client and technique of construction together with the intangible qualities, which animate a work of architecture. Always consider factors such as dreams and inspiration of the clients.
Now, Arch. Daguman started his own office in Manila to promote his experience in designing and also in construction. He believes knowing from different experiences gives a designer a palete to create his own masterpiece.
