The freelancer demonstrated excellent communication and cooperation throughout the contract, and there were no issues in this regard. However, the quality of work delivered during this time fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of attention to detail. Tasks such as creating simple copy-and-paste social media posts, adding images, and including blog post links required constant corrections on our end.
Although we had initially planned to assign more responsibilities and tasks over time, consistent errors during the two-month period made us hesitant to entrust her with assignments requiring a high level of detail. Additionally, we had to adjust our regular posting schedule to accommodate the freelancer's availability. Despite these adjustments, the required posting times were not consistently adhered to, and posts were sometimes made too close together.
