Within this bundle, three tiers are highlighting what extras and image quantities there are. I guarantee the same quality and high standard across all images and tiers by creating a 3d model from a given plan, creating detail within the model before applying materials, textures, lighting, and populating the scene to look dynamic and enticing to the viewer. I then post-produce every image.

Daylight & Sunlight, Parking Impact, and Design Compatibility Reports for House Extension

I studied and worked in the city of London, my home, for several years. I completed all of my qualifications at Greenwich University, seeing my BAHons, MArch, and PDaP qualifications a great success. My experiences helped me gain an excellent understanding of different scales of projects, sectors, construction methods, contracts & regs, and the abundance of new ideas and new information. Through this continued level of development and learning I have been able to acquire an extensive portfolio of experience in small/minor project and detailing, mixed-use developments, residential projects varying from villas to city towers/blocks, product design, and masterplanning projects.
In recent years I have enjoyed exploring conceptual architecture and energy harnessing solutions while working on bespoke residential developments in the UK. I was lucky enough to travel to various projects around the world and it only spurred me to do more international work so please do get in touch.
My experience in practice has allowed me to work on numerous projects spanning concept to completion, from large residential projects to detail and conceptual design. However, it is since starting my own business and managing a development portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the East of England, that my experience has grown the most.

I will be gathering as much information from you as possible to ensure an efficient process going forward. I will require drawings, dimensions, plans, photos, or anything you can help me start the 3d modeling process.
