I have a big base of models and choose the same models as you need or as similar as possible. If there is no necessary free model we can use pro model.
Then payment for the missing will be 50x50
To start a work need a technical task. The perfect one contains:
- floor plan
- lighting-plan
- plan of the ceiling scan of the walls
- information about the furniture and its location
- textures of patterns and links to specific models
-photos or collages
It is also necessary to specify:
-duration of the visualization
-time of day (day, night) for lighting the room
- the size of the final rendering (standard -2000 px on the larger side)
- other details that I should consider

Delivery time starts when Kateryna receives requirements from you.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Creating drafts of the future project
I'll make a previous draft image of the building and main external elements without textures. Then you will check it, and send me details of the revisions.
2nd draft with textures
After making all the necessary changes I will add textures and show you the final draft and we agree on it.
