When the client reaches back to me with the filled-out forms, I review them to see if everything is clear to me and if I would be able to proceed with the project or if I would need further clarifications or details to discuss.
Suppose I have a complete understanding of the client's requirements, I provide them with a proposal for the costs and delivery time, split into phases and describe the deliverables within the work scope.
If we are not go in with initial offers.
It depends on the project; however,in general, It takes 2-4 business days to come up with the first concepts, and I always suggest to my clients to start with two unique concept designs.
Upon first concept design finalization, I share them with the client for their review and feedback on how to proceed.
Based on previous experience, most projects end with the concept I offer. Then, of course, I would combine the best elements from the initial two ideas, and we would create a third final concept design.
The client supervises my work, and we fine-tune through a few revisions until the client approves it.
