Reza is a very kind person but my schedule is very hectic which made it difficult to constantly follow up and remind him of requirements in the contact. Also, we're behind on the completion of the milestone and I'm the one who had to reach out to request deliverables. I don't have the time for the back and forth on deliverables which were clearly outlined in the contract. The NDA had to be requested although it clearly stated the turnaround time and the consistency in the facial expressions of the character just weren't consistent. If Reza can stick to deadlines and consistency, the work he puts out would probably be worth the investment. For this project, no. I need it done within the guidelines I set.
