Influencer Marketing
He did not deliver what he promised and sent us a photo of his uncle staying at a hospital. I lost words of his terrible ethic and professionalism. He charged us without proof of progress in work completed.
We hired him for Influencers marketing but he did not fulfil our request. He spent 50 hours to source 300 influencers and only reached out a few influencers. When I communicated about the efficiency, he apologized and promised to start negotiating with influencers. It did not happen. When you asked him about how he spent his 50 hours, he provided very little information that's not clear.
I understand he had his life situation, but this result and communication are not acceptable.
His efficiently is very disappointing and he is extremely slow in what he does. Hourly rate might sounds cheaper, but you will get way better result by hiring more experienced & efficient assistant.
I had a higher expectation for him because he has a great review on a Upwork, but as a result, he wasted our time, money and important promotional period to work on influencer marketing. If you have to work with him, I highly recommend to communicate often and ask him to provide the weekly summary of his work to keep him accountable.
