Site Plan Drafting for City Review
When I hire an "architect," I'm expecting some level of expertise in design and construction, which should include offering suggestions along the way. At a minimum, they should be able to follow your explicit directions and adjust the plan accordingly (based on measurements and scale). In the end, I was able to get the product I needed, but it was certainly not an easy project to finish. I'm hiring an "architect" in the hopes of making my project easier, not harder. I think Peter would be fine for basic projects which won't require any higher level review (city permits, etc), but I won't be using Peter again.
