consultants in Yogyakarta and Jakarta. Currently I decided to stay and settle in Bali.

I have good experiences in the residential sector, including: Luxury and tropical residences, and villas in Bali. Apart from that for the commercial sector, I have also done designs for hotels, restaurants, bars and pastries.

Schematic Design
Production of masterplan showing the conceptual layout for each architectural element. This will also be accompanied by some explanatory preliminary schematic design floor plans.
Design Development
Preliminary contract document drawings and preliminary specification: Site plan, site sections, plans and elevations. Large-scale construction details are required to finalize the design of the building also completed the drawing to get a permit.
