My work experience is broad, having worked in kitchens for over 20 years with Luby's Culinary Services, Texas Department of Agriculture, Night Hawk Frozen Foods, and two large school districts in Texas. I’ve developed over 300 unique recipes throughout my career, innovated over 30 private label frozen dinners and designed menus for 50,000+ students, and taken some amazing photos of food and beverages along the way.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have a Master's of Science in Nutrition.
