Throughout the years I have worked on a wide range of projects of various sizes, from individual family homes, to medium and high rise residential buildings/areas, to commercial, medical and office buildings. Because I was entrusted with a senior position in the past 5 to 6 years, I had the opportunity to work directly with the entire spectrum of professionals involved (engineers, designers, manufacturers, builders), and also with all kinds of clients (individual persons, real-estate developers, investors, businesses). This allowed me to gain insight and first hand experience and understanding of all of their specific mindsets, problems, needs and goals.
The bulk of my experience lies in residential and commercial buildings. Most of these projects included interior design and some of them also landscaping, but we provided architectural visualization services for all of them.
Apart from experience and professionalism, my mindset is what I perceive to be the most valuable thing I have to offer. I see architecture, design and architectural visualizations as tools which I provide to my clients to pursue and accomplish their goals and interests, whether they are an individual looking to build their home, a real-estate developer who wants to sell a product, or a business person looking to create a place for their business to operate in and to help them communicate their companies values to the public.
