You'll be getting a custom-made skin, complete with extra variants( such as another outfit, a pallet swap, or accessories) and if you want it, a small texture pack to retexture one or more items!
Custom skins are only currently Officially supported for Java edition, and *specifically* Bedrock Edition PC, and Mobile, with unofficial support for Xbox
as I'm unfamiliar with modified PS4 and Nintendo Switch consoles, I can't offer support for them at this time, if you have a modified console purchase at your own risk
