Hello!
My name is Lucas and I am an architect and 3D artist specializing in photorealistic visualization for architectural and interior design, for residential, commercial, institutional buildings, etc.
With almost 4 years of experience, I provide my clients with high quality visual services, which include 3D modeling and renderings, using the best software on the market: 3DsMax, Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop.
I can work with any client reference file or image, within JPEG, PDF, DWG, SKP, 3DS or RVT formats.
In the basic package, I will model a small base project from 2D to 3D, with everything included.
In the intermediate, I will model and render an intermediate project from 2D base to 3D, with everything included; 1 review and 3 renders.
In advanced, I will model and render a complex project from 2D base to 3D, also with everything included; 2 revisions and 6 renders.
As for deliveries, I will initially send the customer photorealistic images in low resolution (1000 px) for approval. After making the adjustments, I will send the final images in high resolution to the client (3000 px).

Delivery time starts when Lucas receives requirements from you.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Modeling
In this step I will model the entire volume of the project sent, based on the previously requested files.
Texturing
In this step I will texturize the initial volume, applying or replacing the textures with similar ones but of higher quality.
