1. Threatened on multiple occassions to send money first prior to sending files.
2. Continuously lied saying he would complete project on a specific date, then postponing it numerous times, taking about a month without ever finishing, although he came close.
3. Refused to make minor changes to complete the project.
4. Makes a lot of excuses.
5. Speaks very poor English, unreasonably blaming us for his misunderstanding.
