Conceptual Design / Programming
The conceptual design helps identify the goal of the project aesthetically, functionally, and budgetarily. Finding the look and feel before we get into too much detail is critical in setting the stage for the following phases of the project.
Schematic Design
We will take the information gathered during the conceptual phase (Programming) to further develop the space plan and flow of the spaces. We will introduce design elements at this time as well.
