I possess impeccable technical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of 3d rendering and other communication programs applicable for the position. Besides these, I also acquire skills in dealing with other related applications such as SketchUp and photoshop. I have worked with different developers from California, USA, as a developer 3d rendering. TAn outsourcing job where the clients send an image or Cad drawings for a 3d presentation. I used CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and Vray software. Plus Photoshop for enhancing the project. I can produce a video presentation if required by the client to present a perspective view of a project. Sending me through email for further instruction is also acceptable. Besides my supervisory skills, I Trained to do administrative tasks from clerical duties to an arrangement of meetings and report generation. On top of it, I have acquired on the site work experiences, dealing with daily construction situations and addressing problems. Aside from my academic and professional backgrounds, my work attitude and personal traits like humility and willingness to be trained are among the assets I possess which your company may require.
