I create hundreds of drawings, Ending up with 10 of our best sketches. Then I will start 3D modeling w/ Ergonomics analysis, Production and processing feasibility analysis
Then we render the best shot for your product, with the accurate design color & material, while designing with maximum detail. I control the cost of production at a reasonable & efficient level.
I do: Product rendering, hardware stacking arrangement, Mold cost budgeting, structure design, Interference CAE Analysis, PCBA board frame, Structural prototype, Verification of structural feasibility analysis, Injection molding analysis, BOM material list customization,3D mold file
