Etsy Header I’ve hired over 20 freelancers on Upwork, and unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve experienced significant issues. She seemed responsive, her communication became defensive and passive-aggressive when I pointed out concerns. She delivered what she called a "final draft" without allowing me to review and approve it, despite me stating multiple times that I still needed to confirm key details, like my contact information.

When I requested edits, she referenced prior conversations in an accusatory way, but the information she claimed was missing had already been discussed in earlier messages she didn’t thoroughly review. I also found it unprofessional that she complained about other clients during our exchanges, which became a red flag.

I requested a refund since the work is unusable, and while she agreed to provide it, I have yet to receive it. Now, I have to hire someone else to complete this project. I wouldn’t recommend working with her. She is vert passive aggressive.
