Detailed Design of Collating Conveyor, Gantry Arm Gripper, and Lower Part of Chute
The freelancer showed strong skills in developing detailed designs from a concept, which was a positive aspect of the project. However, he was very resistant to changes and modifications, which made collaboration difficult. Additionally, he lacked attention to important manufacturing details. While his technical abilities are solid, his stubbornness and reluctance to adapt to feedback were challenges during the project.
