After purchasing the project, send requirements so Keith can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Keith receives requirements from you.

Create 3D model
I gather all the info sent to me and create your 3D model for rendering.
Adding Textures, Fixtures, and Furniture
I then create custom textures, finishes, and furniture based upon the images sent to me. Often times clients have a few different versoins they would like displayed and then pick what they like best!
