At present I am working as a Freelance Consultant to create and develop online elearning web portal Amar Ishkul in Bangla for producing interactive instructional materials. I am supporting open sources platform such as Moodle, Wplms and providing technical assistance to facilitators and subject matter experts for publishing and managing elearning instructional text materials.
I have started my teaching career as a lecturer of Bengali Literature and Language at Faujdarhat Cadet College, Chattogram, Bangladesh. I also served as a lecturer of a multimedia design course at Central Queensland University, Australia. I worked for Bangladesh Open University as a Director of publishing and was responsible for creating, managing, supervising, administering and implementation of producing open learning high-quality instructional materials under the development project of Asian Development Bank (ADB) for establishing Bangladesh Open University Project. I have created an open learning online curriculum, planning Pedagogy, Andragogy and Instructional Design using hands-on techniques at BOU and CQU as my professional duties. I have finished a ‘Workplace Leadership’ and ‘Developing High Performance Teams’ training course from Australian Institute of Management (AIM). Under my leadership more than 50 stuff worked to produce study materials.
In the learning design and development team of BOU and CQU, accordance to industry best practices I used tools from Learning Science, EdTech, ADDIE model for best learning outcome. I have produced innovative elearning pages and storyboards, audio/video scripts, tested prototype products with engaging instructional materials including assessments and quizzes, practice exercises with appropriate feedback, simulations and demonstrations of online preview. I am experienced in designing effective elearning course content and have taken online classes. I have created classroom simulations, making video and audio media for online courses. I achieved strong knowledge of learning science and evidence-based design standards and practises as a researcher of elearning courses.
There is no doubt a Paradigm Shift has started within the ecosystem of education history. A meaningful learning system could be possible to launch using Machine Learning. It has to create a chance to reduce a gap between low student outcomes and the socioeconomic status of students as well as educational inequity. I am very much aware of this and it has motivated me to accept the challenge. I have an ability to identify appropriate plans for Learning Modalities to achieve targeted business outcomes using the effective use of social media tools such as CRM, Google Analytics.
I have conducted instructional research, analysis on learners and applied it for tests with instructional design theories, practice and methods. I am able to design and develop formal and Informal Learning solutions according to client needs and create Interactive Content outlines, Storyboards and treatment approaches for written, visual, and audio content. Manage the training and documentation process, establish and maintain schedules and deliverable deadlines.
