Architectural Design & Drafting - Shazmina
I only worked with Shazmina for a very short time. She was very friendly and proactive. She completed her assignments in a timely manner, and had some creative architectural ideas. However, her space planning and floor plans had some shortcomings. Unfortunately, I became very busy at the time and did not have capacity to train or guide Shazmina through the work that needed to be done, and we ended up completing the project with our own team and with another freelance architect. I think that if I had more time, I could have worked well with Shazmina, and I encourage others to give her an opportunity.
