CREATIVE: Initial discussion to understand what the brand is looking for in terms of designs, consumer target, aspiring brands, categories, sourcing location and pricing. I would research aspirational brands available in the market and what can be done differently or / similar with respect to the perceived Brand Identity. Will prepare a Competitor / Market Research and Analysis based upon the understanding of the brand. It works great if there is already a Brand Direction and Brand Identity Presentation.
Deliverables: Trend Forecasting and Trend Analysis Presentation with respect to the Brand Identity.
FORECASTING Conceptualising the Focus Points that directly resonates to the Brand Vision, I will present 2 Concepts based upon these focus factors. These concepts will have specific Mood Boards, Color Direction, Design Direction and Fabric Direction Board with respect to New Concepts, Price Points, Consumer Target. Based on Initial conversation, It will include Category and Merchandise Mix Board.
Deliverables: 2 Concept Presentation, Finalising on one of the Concepts after discussion.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Based on discussion and conceptualisation from Phase 2, I will provide Design Development and Options. An open discussion on the designs and Iteration as per conclusion. At this stage we should be ready with color lab dips and fabric qualities.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Making Teckpacks and Size Spec with detailed information to construct the garment, and ready to send to the manufacturer.

SAMPLING / PROTOTYPING: Bringing Designs to Life, Addressing vendor queries on various stages of prototyping i.e. Pattern making, Sample review, Comments on Proto, PP Sample. BRANDING Creating unique brand identity and information through brand tags.
