Project details
You will get the material type and quantities of the interior fit-up of a new office space, which has an interior gross floor area of up to 13,000 square-feet, typically on one floor of a commercial building. This scope represents Division 09-Finishes of the CSI MasterFormat and therefore each material type will be presented under their respective sub-section. The final product is a PDF document containing the list of material quantities and the marked-up drawing for reference.
The Service Tier is based on the number of architectural or interior design drawings that are available for review. The Starter is based on a schematic type drawing with information available only on the floor plan (one 2D drawing). Whereas, the Advanced is based on drawings issued for tender and include additional drawings such as interior elevations, schedules, and details (up to ten 2D drawings).
