Looking at having a residential, commercial or industrial property, I will create Floor plans, 3D models and Architectural animation walk through for your presentation.
Visualization is an attractive way to provide your customers with a realistic view of what the project will look like, it gives you a clear idea about the building from different angles.
For modeling I use to work with AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Lumion.
I can develop different types of spaces: apartments, villas, restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, Landscape.Interiors and Exteriors.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Joseph can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Joseph receives requirements from you.
Joseph works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
01 - Preliminary stage
Once the client sends their brief, I will try to understand everything needed by the client. Here, I also get every necessary resource and assets needed to start the project
02 - First Pass Design
In this stage, I will start the floor plan layout, without any finalized detail. Once done, I will send it to the client before going for the next stage.
