Proposal graphic design
Ayzaz's performance on this project was not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional and detrimental to our firm's interests. Entrusting him with the design of one of our firm's largest contract proposals—a project valued at nearly $500K—proved to be a serious error in judgment. Clear deadlines and review periods were provided, and he accepted the terms. However, his turnaround was inexcusably delayed, requiring extensive corrections right up until the last minute.
Even worse, after finalizing and printing the proposal, we discovered that he had made unauthorized and unrequested changes to the document. These changes removed CRITICAL data, putting our contract in jeopardy of rejection due to the missing information.
To make matters worse, Ayzaz displayed a shocking lack of concern for the consequences of his actions. He showed no remorse, failed to take any responsibility for the situation, and seemed entirely focused on collecting his $100 fee. The fact that we were on the verge of losing this large contract was of no concern to him. Instead prioritizing his short-term gain over the long-term value of the project.
What he didn't know, however, when the firm won the project, he would have been hired as a full-time contractor, earning over $10K in just three months as part of the project team.
This experience exposed Ayzaz's lack of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to quality work and longterm success. Based on this, I cannot recommend him under any circumstances and will never consider working with him again.
